Tixserve, the leading digital ticket distribution, data acquisition and fan engagement service, and the
Football Association of Wales (FAW) today announced the renewal of their long-standing
commercial relationship with the signing of a new five-year contract.
The Tixserve solution has helped FAW gather data and engage with ticket holders at matches
throughout Wales delivering operational cost savings and increased value for the supporters. In
addition, the pioneering Tixserve digital membership feature has enabled FAW to recruit and
manage Red Wall members and to provide direct member engagement for business partners and
sponsors.

Now serving its UK client base from its new offices in Bristol, Tixserve is rolling out additional
features to its platform to provide an even more compelling patron experience including the use of
the Tixserve-powered FAW app for the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship which starts
on 28 June 2026.
John Young, Chief Finance & Operations Officer at FAW said: “The Football Association of Wales is
delighted to announce a new long-term agreement with Tixserve, building on the strong relationship
developed between both organisations in recent years. As a forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering the best possible experience for
supporters, the FAW recognises the importance of modern, innovative ticketing solutions. This
renewed partnership with Tixserve will help ensure fans continue to benefit from a seamless, secure
and digital-first ticketing experience for years to come.”
Patrick Kirby, Managing Director of Tixserve said: “We were delighted when FAW became our first
association football governing body client three years ago and this multi-year contractual renewal
will enable Tixserve to consolidate our strong collaborative relationship with the FAW team at a time
when Tixserve is beginning to win new business with Premier League and EFL football clubs.”
