Tixserve and Football Association of Wales enter into new Five-Year Digital Ticketing Contract.

Tixserve, the leading digital ticket distribution, data acquisition and fan engagement service, and the

Football Association of Wales (FAW) today announced the renewal of their long-standing

commercial relationship with the signing of a new five-year contract.

The Tixserve solution has helped FAW gather data and engage with ticket holders at matches

throughout Wales delivering operational cost savings and increased value for the supporters. In

addition, the pioneering Tixserve digital membership feature has enabled FAW to recruit and

manage Red Wall members and to provide direct member engagement for business partners and

sponsors.

Tixserve Digital Memberships

Now serving its UK client base from its new offices in Bristol, Tixserve is rolling out additional

features to its platform to provide an even more compelling patron experience including the use of

the Tixserve-powered FAW app for the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship which starts

on 28 June 2026.
