HMV Live announces sensational list of major artist events powered by Tixserve

HMV Live has announced a sensational list of high-profile artist events across the UK to kick off the Summer of 2022.

Tickets have been on sale and available to purchase through hmvLive. The HMV Tickets app, powered by Tixserve, will be used for fans to receive their digital tickets and gain secure access to the music venues across the UK.

Emeli Sandé

First up to kick off the summer gigs, Emeli Sandé celebrates the release of ‘Let’s Say for Instance’ with an in-store album signing and a special album launch show on 9th May at hmv Empire, Coventry.

Sandé released her first solo single “Heaven” in 2011 and has since won four awards for ‘Best British Female Solo Artist’.

Charli XCX

English pop singer-songwriter, Charli XCX, will be appearing at three stores across the UK meeting fans and signing copies in celebration of the release of her latest album ‘Crash’ - her first number-one album in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

  • 16th May - hmv Manchester Arndale
  • 18th May - hmv vault, Birmingham

In 2021, Charli XCX featured on the Jax Jones and Joel Corry UK top-ten single “Out Out”. Along with her solo work, Charli XCX has co-written songs for other artists, including Iggy Azalea, Selena Gomez, Blondie, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello.

M Huncho

To celebrate the new album ‘Chasing Euphoria’, British rapper, M Huncho, will be performing an album release show on 24th May at Arts Club, Liverpool.

In 2019, his debut studio mixtape ‘Utopia’ reached number 13 in the UK Albums Chart and has been streamed over 77 million times globally.

Fontaines D.C.

Irish indie-rock band, Fontaines D.C., will be performing a live album launch show at Hangar 34, Liverpool on 30th May celebrating the release of their new album ‘Skinty Fia’. Released in 2022 as their third album, ‘Skinty Fia’ has become the band’s first to reach number 1 on the UK Albums Chart and Irish Albums Chart.

As It Is

British-American rock band, As It Is, will be meeting fans and signing art cards at seven stores across the UK to celebrate the release of their fourth album ‘I Went To Hell and Back’ which released in February.

Having sold over 3 million albums worldwide, this is the band’s sixth album to be released since their debut album ‘Silent Alarm’ in 2005.
