Ireland-based digital ticket distribution and engagement platform, Tixserve, has accelerated its global expansion with a multi-year partnership with Australasian ticketing software provider, Emedia Campaigns.
Emedia Campaigns, a white-labelled "online alternative to traditional event ticketing", has engaged Tixserve to provide digital ticket fulfilment services for its live music, sports and entertainment events.
The all-new Tixserve-powered Emedia 'ShowTicks' app will allow events, venues, teams and artists to utilise a flexible ticketing service with the data-rich digital ticketing delivery solution so their clients can obtain direct access to all their patrons for richer insights and more powerful brand opportunities.
The next-generation digital ticketing fulfilment app seamlessly integrates into Emedia Campaigns' VenueNET and ShowTicks software deployments, serving digital tickets to their clients' ticket holders. The digital ticket distribution and engagement app will be utilised across various festivals, venues, and concerts from May 2023, including Emedia's recent ticketing software and onsite service tender win, the iconic, week-long, Beef Australia Expo in 2024.
Tixserve's patented technology integration with Emedia Campaigns' tailor-made ticketing software suite delivers next-generation flexible and interactive digital ticketing with an array of m-commerce, fan engagement, direct marketing and communications capabilities, and incremental revenues via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
