Oct 26, 2022

Over the last several months, we have been working behind the scenes on a huge project in the company’s history - and that was to build the new Tixserve brand.

Why are we rebranding?

Since establishing as a startup in 2017, Tixserve has come from the creation of two founders who knew they could bring fresh insights to the ticketing industry. Today, Tixserve has grown into a leading enterprise company in the live events industry with many blue chip clients across live sports and music. Now, with some milestone announcements incoming and very exciting future plans, we couldn’t think of a better time to reflect our new era.

We pride ourselves in being a client-led company. Our goal has always been to build close and long-term business relationships with our clients so we can go above and beyond to fulfil their needs.

What we’ve found on this journey is that our purpose is: redefining ticket delivery for richer experiences

With all this growth and future plans for Tixserve, we wanted to provide a new look and feel that showcases the same premium quality of our solution. So, we introduce to you, the new brand of Tixserve.

We've shifted our focus

Tixserve was founded on the basis where co-founders Pat and James Kirby faced a bitter blow of being turned away from a Rolling Stones concert due to fraudulent paper tickets. The disappointing experience inspired them to research issues around ticket security where they quickly discovered that the ticketing industry needed to change…

…and so Tixserve was born!

From a solution primarily designed with consumers in mind, it has grown to offer so much more to event organisers in such a short and productive time. As a client-led team - we’re bringing fresh and engaging insights to the ticketing industry. Pushing ticketing into the digital age, Tixserve is amplifying event engagement and clients’ bottom line through dynamic digital ticketing.

What's new?

A new logo

As our focus shifted, we decided it was time to revamp our logo to match who we are and where we’re going. Just like our products, we’ve mirrored our new logo to showcase a modern, simple and unique style.

Marketing Manager of Tixserve, Eileen Murphy commented:

“We are delighted to unveil our new branding and website. This new logo embodies the sharpness and strength of our technology, a bespoke symbol that incorporates our values and culture, adding bold new hues that light up our exciting future, vision and the ongoing focus of the Tixserve team on responding to the business and problem-solving needs of our clients and the market”.

A new website

Our new website has been completely redesigned to reflect our exciting and engaging audience - the live events industry. Encapsulating our culture and our vision, we’ve restructured the website to showcase more about our solutions, the sectors we work with, and how we can add value for our audience.

A new company video

We’ve introduced a new and electric video that characterises who we are - taking experiences to the next level. Check it out below!

We hope you love the new Tixserve as much as we do!
